FREE EVALUATION OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

Hellenic Property Federation (H.P.F.) now offers to its members the possibility to be informed, free of charge, for the locative or market value of their real estates that they intend to let or sell!

The free evaluation of the selling or locative market value of real estate property is provided to our members by the entire network of “ASPIS REAL ESTATE” company network, (member of the “ASPIS” insurance and banking group with which H.P.F. collaborates in the tremendously successful program of buildings insurance). "ASPIS REAL ESTATE" has agreed to serve our members under this program, depending on the place and the type of each real estate, under the following general conditions:

1. The member interested in the evaluation  (or his representative) must forward his request at the local office of ASPIS REAL ESTATE or the secretariat of the association of real estate agents.

2. The member should show his membership card proving he has paid his member subscription. The verification is easy because the subscriptions of all associations of H.P.F. expire on 31st of December of each year.

3. He must also present the all available property titles, notary contracts, drawings, building authorisation licence of the said property, as well as any other elements that the evaluator may ask for.

4. The evaluator can give his estimation orally, or by filling in the standardised evaluation form of H.P.F. The evaluators of the “ASPIS REAL ESTATE” network give always a written approximate evaluation.

This program has been very successful for both property owners and the cooperating real estate agents. Some members of H.P.F. though, attempted to abuse this program in not acceptable ways, raising absurd claims to the participating evaluators, or asking evaluation of the same real estate from many offices, or using the written estimates of one evaluator against another, or asking free evaluation from one office and then they entrusted selling or renting it to another office (!), and for that reason, putting at risk the operation of program itself, the H.P.F. underlines the following:

1. The above-mentioned service is provided exclusively to members of H.P.F. interested to proceed in a financial transaction (sale or lease of their real estate) and not to those who want to be informed for the value of their total fortune just out of curiosity!!!

2. Each member can ask the evaluation of one and only piece of property (block of flats, apartment, shop, office, detached house, etc), from one and only office.

3. This service is planned to give the chance to each property owners, prospective landlord or seller, to come in contact with a serious real estate agent’s office of their region, and this acquaintance can be proven extremely useful for both sides, particularly taking into account the current unfavourable rents market situation! The use of program can bring reciprocal profits, the abuse is prohibited!
